Online Help Desk
The TECHmosis Online Support Help Desk is designed to allow our customers access to first class Help Desk facilities and has been designed from the ground up to be very simple to use. You simply create a TECHmosis Help Desk Support ticket online at our Online Help Desk Support facility. Once completed you will receive an email with a ticket number for tracking purposes. Your ticket will then be assigned to a technician and you will be able to track the progress throughout the resolution process. We will support you until your incident has been resolved to your complete satisfaction.
