TECHmosis launches its Online HelpDesk facility

TECHmosis launched its first class Online HelpDesk today! The Online HelpDesk will enable TECHmosis
to better serve its customers needs by allowing them to automatically generate HelpDesk tickets by either filling
in an online form or emailing TECHmosis directly. The HelpDesk tickets can then be tracked by both our customers
and technicians until they are sucessfully resolved.
